The company behind the products, and the documents each product carries
Evadaroo & Company, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. It builds four products. Two are live today under their own trading names, Profusia AI and AssemblyWright AI, each with its own terms, privacy policy and security page. Uiia and Contextd are in development and will publish their terms and privacy policies before they are sold; Uiia's security page is already published. This page is the company-level index — and the privacy notice for this website, which is deliberately short because this website collects nothing.

For the company itself, this website, Uiia, Contextd, or if you are unsure which applies: legal@evadaroo.com. Whichever you write to, the contracting company is the same, Evadaroo & Company, LLC. A postal address is available on request to any of these addresses, and is published with each product's terms once those are in force.
Each product's own documents
A product's terms govern its use; its privacy policy says what it stores and for how long; its security page says what protects it and what is deliberately not claimed. The terms, privacy policies and data-processing addenda are published as drafts for attorney review and say so at the top of each page; nothing is taken as agreed on a draft.

Privacy notice for this website
evadaroo.com is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from any third party — no fonts, no scripts, no images from anywhere but this site — and has no forms. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing a banner would be asking you to consent to.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which as the host handles the network request that delivers each page and keeps standard operational logs under its own terms. We do not use those logs to identify or track visitors.
If you use one of the products, that product's privacy policy applies from the moment you do; this notice covers only this page. Questions and requests about anything under this notice: legal@evadaroo.com. Requests about a product's own privacy policy go to that product's legal mailbox, listed under The company.
Security
Each live product publishes its own security page, written to the same rule: it may claim only what is built, and it lists what is not claimed as prominently as what is. The two live today are Profusia's and AssemblyWright's; each has a data-processing addendum, a dated subprocessor list and a 72-hour breach-notification commitment in its draft terms.
What none of the products claim. No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestation, and no independent penetration test — none in progress. This is a deliberate choice for products at this stage: the controls are built and continuously tested first, and a formal audit is bought when a customer's procurement requires it. Each product's page says so in its own words rather than letting a badge imply otherwise.
To report a vulnerability in any product or in this site, write to the product's own security mailbox (security@profusia.ai for Profusia, security@assemblywright.ai for AssemblyWright), or to security@evadaroo.com for this site or any other product. Profusia and AssemblyWright also publish their contact in their own /.well-known/security.txt. We run no paid bounty programme and will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith.
